Lincoln Community Dispute Resolution (LCDR) is a non-profit organization that has depended upon volunteers to provide conflict management services to individuals and organizations in Lincoln County since 1997.
ABOUT US
We provide conflict resolution services to residents and organizations in Lincoln County, giving people the opportunity to peacefully resolve disputes without involving the courts or government agencies. We provide a variety of communication and conflict management training to adults and youth to develop skills in conflict resolution, restorative practices, active listening, effective communication, problem-solving and leadership.
